- All claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- If your package is lost in transit, please submit your claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- Manufacturing defects and errors on our part will be handled at our expense

Shipping Address Issues
If the delivery address you provide is incomplete or incorrect:
- Your package will be returned to our facility
- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
- We'll need to confirm your correct address before we can reship your order
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that aren't claimed from the delivery carrier:
- The package will be returned to our facility
- You will be responsible for any reshipping costs
- After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to charity
Health and Safety Items
For your safety and health protection:
- Face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned
- These items will be disposed of if returned
- No refunds will be issued for returned sealed items
Size and Fit Issues
- If you need a different size, please contact us before returning
- Size exchanges are handled as new orders
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
